Reservation Information

Reservations in advance are strongly encouraged
Walk-ins are accepted subject to availability a deposit of one night's rate is required to secure reservations for stays up to 4 nights. Two nights payment is required for reservations exceeding 4 nights. A deposit is required within 7 days of making you're reservation. We will gladly refund your deposit (minus $10.00 service fee) if you cancel your reservation no later that 14 days prior to your scheduled arrival.
A deposit refund for a late cancellation (less the service fee will be made if your room can be rebooked. Guests are responsible for payment for all nights reserved.
Personal checks, travelers checks and cash are accepted.
We take MC, VISA, DIS cards.

Arrival: We appreciate guest arrival between 4:00 p.m. and 7:00 p.m. Special
arrangements can be made in advance if an earlier or later time is required.
Check out time: 11:00 a.m.

Our home is designed for adults. Younger children may require extra parental supervision of safety considerations. Pets may be accommodated in our fenced back yard. For the comfort of guests The Fairlamb House is a non-smoking residence. Smoking is permitted outside on the front porch or on the garden patio.
